We are manufacturing unit, Our maximum clearance to 100% EOU unit, our customer has provide CT-3 bound vide we have clearnce of goods against ARE-3 with payment of duty, and our all purchase are in cenvatble so our cenvat credit is increarce so high, becuse purchase in Excsie and clearnce in with payment of duty.
so any provision for REBATE or REFUND of duty against CT-3 clearnce. or our clearnce in excise and our customer can get REFUND of duty for same,

you are elgible for claim drawback , if your item is under table of drawback , because you are clearance to raw material to 100% EOU UNIT.

Dear Ramesh,
Our all clearnce are not to 100% EOU unit, we have sales materail in both unit excisable and EOU, Our item is not under duty drawback schem. so in that case how can we get the refund of duty.

IF YOUR SELL IS TO 100% E.O.U., THEN CAN FILE REFUND OF DBK, AND U R REGISTERED IN VAT DEPARTMENT, HOWEVER IF YOUR ITEM DOES NOT FALL IN SCHEDULE OF DUTY DRAWBACK, TELL ME HOW CAN U AVAIL THE REFUND OF DUTY, KINDLY REFER TO THE NOTIFICATION NO. 102/2007 DTD. 14.09.2007 .

Pl. find attached a pdf file of Duty Drawback. Pl. see Page No. 51 & Chapter no. 7325 of this file. you will definately claim of duty Drawback from Director General of Foreign Trade (from your nearest regional office where you have obtained IEC No.).

Thanks for your valuable reply about this, I have read this page no. 51, In chapter heading no. 7325 is blank no any duty or rate mention for drawback. It is mention for chapter 732501 while our chapter heading is 732599. ???

Dear Mr. Paresh,
The chapter 7325 is a main chapter & 732501 and 732502 is a subhead of this chapter in excise & custom charter heading is same but when we claim for duty drawback the subhead will be consider. So pl. contact to your DGFT's office. pl. find herewith the application form for claiming of duty drawback.
Pl. see the format ANF-8.
