Refund after assessmant

Dear friends, I have uploaded return of a salaried employee,which was mistakenly  uploaded as nil return but actually there was refund ,

I realised my mistake after the return was duly processed. I revised d return, but by that time return was already processed.

pls tell me the way 2 cliam refund. Its very URGENT
