Is there slab in refund adjustment against O/S demand ???

Yes... In case any outstanding demands then refund amount adjusted to previous O/s Demand...

yes u can adjust your demand from your income tax refund I.e. you can adjust your outstanding demand against your outstanding refund

whole refund is not adjusted , refund adjusted in part therefore question is arise refund adjustment in part so any slab or ratio for this adjustment?

As far as I Can understand your query I think you are asking for; While adjusting your income tax demand against your pending refunds, Is Slab benefit again given for such adjustment?

Now your answer;

There is no such slab wise adjustment or slab benefit is given while adjusting your demand against your pending refunds. Refund is simply adjusted against your income tax demand (including Interest) and only remaining amount, if any, is refunded by department.
