Refund adject againest outstanding demand sec 1431a

Dear Parikh Tejas Vinodbhai,

You must have received the intimation u/s 245 in which refund of AY 2011-12 is adjusted against demand of AY 2008-09 which was raised by your Jurisdictional AO u/s 143(1a). Under this Section Jurisdictional AO processes the return as per the data provided by the assessee and in case of any mismatch raises the demand. The AO should send this intimation to the assessee. However it has been observed that without issuing the intimation u/s 143(1) they are themselves uploading the demand on income tax website. You are required to first apply to your Jurisdictional AO for 143(1) of AY 2008-09. Check it with the return filed by you the in case the AO did any mistake while processing the return. File rectification request under section 154.

I have allready intimation under sec. 143(1) and as per returne fillled i received chaque of refund also for AY 2008-09
