WHETHER FORM 16A IS SUFFICIENT

Yes, form 16A is enough, but see that it is signed and seal of company is present and also look for acknowledgement numbers too even though it is not your headache to file the return of TDS and get Acknowledgements. Form 26 AS is just a statement from IT department that it has recieved so and so amount towards your Income tax (TDS and self asessment tax and advance tax if any)on behalf of you. It may not give full details as there is chance that some company may have deducted TDS from you but may not have filed it with department. SO 26AS is just a reference regarding TDS frm IT department(through NSDL website ofcourse)
