Refund

for the AY 17-18, for refund the CPC has transferred the refund amount to AO and AO to SBI Bank. But bank details provided was wrong and transactions not processed.
Even on portal i have also tried option of change particular but shown as not eligible for change and also there is pending case in refund reissue is showing

So kindly guide me what should i do for further to claim refund.
