My return of ay 2016_17 has been invalidate. And my assessee has refund in this year. Wat should i do

Contact Your Jurisdictionall CIT with request letter.

condonation and also meet ito/comm

No chance if ITO can't accept the Request...

But, You can get positive reply from ITO if have suitable reason with reasonable...

submit a condonation application before your jurisdictional cit, adducing the sufficient cause for the invalidation of the ITR. based on the AO report, if the cit condones, then your client's ITR will be processed and refund will be issued

Whether it is necessary that contact cit physically. It cannot be done on line. No records found in condonation request.

once after filing condonation petition, you will be heard by your jurisdictional AO and followed by jurisdictional AOs report, your request Will be allowed or rejected by CIT
