I have paid CGST and SGST instead of IGST. In the next month, I have deposited right IGST and now I need to claim refund in CGST and SGST but that balance is not available in my cash ledger as it was offset in the previous month.
Please guide with the refund procedure.

you can claim refund by filing of RFD -01 & you also read section 54 for more details.
