When Vat Reg.is done ,if in that Financial Year There is excess credit then whether it will be carryforwarded for the next year or next return ? Suppose if Reg.number is taken Vountarily then whether it can be carry forwarded as per Maharashtra VAT Act 2002? both are related to MVAT ACt 2002.

Exactly i want ot know that whether for FIRST YEAR of Reg.we can carry forward excess credit or not .
