When Vat Reg.is done ,if in that Financial Year There is excess credit then whether it will be carryforwarded for the next year or next return ? Suppose if Reg.number is taken Vountarily then whether it can be carry forwarded as per Maharashtra VAT Act 2002? both are related to MVAT ACt 2002.
Refund has to beclaimed on year on year basis. no c/f is allowed post 07-08, Need any clarifications call me.
