In case you have failed to file your return in which you were entitled to claim income tax refund or carry forward of losses, you can file the application now if it relates to last 6 years. Make an application for condonation of delay u/s. 119 (2xb) for no-filling the return with Principal Commissioner of Income Tax, or Chief Commissioner of Income tax of your jurisdiction along with respective years ITR.
