It will be reversed because the name of account , PAN no of account and Account no with IFSC code should match. even if the refund has gone to Acc no (wrong No) - you can go to bank with Refund details slip received from SBI and show it to you bank. Take print out of ITRV also and give it bank. I hope the IFSC code is matching.
You can change the bank detail which was entered while fining return thru IT site. Login to your a/c in the site & check
If return filed thorugh online systems - Refund re-issue request after proper corrections
If return filed through manual mode - Go to relevant IT ward, they might be able to guide you because you have to write a letter seeking change in a/c no. mentioned on refund.
You will have to return the original refund cheque only after which a fresh refund cheque could be issued.
