If tds is deducted on bank interest and we have nt submitted form 15 g .Can we still claim refund??

If you have submitted proof of PAN to bank, check your Form 26AS. If Form 26AS is showing TDS amt, you can claim the same by filing relevant ITR and the TDS so deducted may be refunded to you.
