An assesse has filed the return for A.Y. 2012-13 and claiming the refund and refund has not been issued as TDS credit has not been provided. So, can anyone provide me the helpline desk no. of CBDT which will help me regarding refund matter

check the 26AS and get in touch with the TDS deductor, to correct the error, once the same is displayed, refund would be possible
