This is new way of scaling down.Earlier they used to do it like this:On answersheet you have 45 marks,they will cross it out & make it 35.But this careless scaling down lead to issues so they came up with his.Now they allot you 30 marks instead of the 45 marks you deserve,then scale up 5 marks & say we have not scaled down a single student but infact they have.They think we are dumb.

Answers are checked on instinct & guts of paper checker.There is no standard basis for checking you answers.This is what one of the worlds toughest course is.I am ashamed of CA Course - Dear ICAI.

ICAI has released new notification forming a group to reevaluate the present system. 

Infact ICAI needs revision. ICAI's examination and evaluation must be made online.

As a lot of politics here, The CA Leaders cater to the interests of their group people, teach and give best practical training to their interest people. Refer only their interest people. Infact if you will count about how much new CAs become who have their relatives already CAs, really that % will be very much higher than those who come out of the clouds.

This is because ICAI's whole system if purely biased. ICAI's officials never wished to work on the ground level for education and training, ICAI only tried since its inception only to grab the cream of the society. I mean who could have better rsources and better approach for practical training and guided education became CAs. And who were from Non-CA background, they all wandered as if there were no institute at all to take care of their education and training. ICAI never banned the shops of Coaching institutes which biased the whole procedure of ICAI education and exams. Not everyone could avail the special outdoor classes and it naturally curtailed the scope of ICAI's vision of self study by students. When ICAI was of the view that it will not provide any classes, it meant , it will restrict the sudents who have lesser resources and were not CA family backgound.

On one side ICAI instructed self study for students, as it is clear by the intention of education scheme of the Government that ICAI was not imparting direct classes but it was neither stopping its members to run classes, it was wholly biased, as who will get passing tips, it was not ICAI, was actually responsible for its education and training, but it finished its duties only by providing incomplete education material. If its material was incomplete, then what was the need for various members to write a numerous books on various subjects. which are referred first. It meant ICAI hidden something from the students at large and which was available only to those students who had in either way approach to professional guidance. Then where was the ICAI who was there to provide professional guidance. Over all this, ICAI's evaluation procedure is criticized , however I do not critizise it as it is a matter of right, but I surely convey that ICAI works more on referal system by its senior members for passing students than the students performance in examination. This way seats are limited to a large exent. This is our professional body of the Country, a democratic country which allows politics for its members for being chairmans at various geographic locations just like it is an university, why it did not ban political posts and political community gathering by its members. Do ICAI is not aware of incompetencies of Individual behaviour. Truth is , it was playing with manpower resources of the country without being held responsible for its education and training. You all will surely agree, ICAI never had a policy for all students to provide equal professional training and equal educational and examination guidance. Infact it was left at the fate of students by senior members sitting at their office busy in professional manipulations and politics in between all of them.

There was no actually responsibility towards education and training. Infact it also depends on system of education and training of the professional body, how its students perform. Reality is, 80% of students joining ICAI come from strong educational background but even if some could not pass the examinations and they are blamed for being "ICAI is very tough", but truth is ICAI fails to nurture and develop those students as their members
