Company Law:- Munish Bhandari DT:- VG Sir Module or Taxmann Audit :- Paduka These are the best

1. Munish Bhandari handbook for law. For guideline refer to practice mannual. 2. V.G. Sir' s complete set of module. 3. Paduka's audit for 'Audi report, company audit, prof. Ethics'. Surbhi mam's handbook for SA/SRE etc and rest of chapter. U should also refer practice mannual for company audit and prof. ethics. Apart from these u must focus on last attemptS AS based question.
