Hello friends!!
Can anyone please suggest me a proper reference book for studying Due dilligence and Corporate Governance paper for CS Professional Course.
I am reading the ICSI module, and would prefer to have some detailed material on the same.

Check the above link.... I found that book very useful because i am a kind of a person who wants to score more marks by reading less... you mentioned "Detailed".... If detailed means "thickness" of the book, then this book is not for you.... This Book contains hardly around 150 pages per subject... Very student friendly, with marking that which topic is important for exams.. explains using diagrams... etc... I enjoy its reading...

Detailed doesn't essentially mean Thickness of the content.. it means a clear elaborate explanation of all the topics... thanks for the link, i'll surely check it out.!
