Better go for New Edition of Munish Bhandari... It is very popular in Students Community. The new book contains lot of charts for easy understanding. It contains lot of practical Questions at end of each topic which helps u how to write in exams. If you study in thouroughly atleast twice (i guess there is sufficient time from now for may 12 exams) before exams, then have ample opportunity to score an exemption in the subject.

Don't forget to take reference to the ICAI study material and Corporate Laws Bare Act.

Munish Bhandari (Hand Book) is the best book because your attempt is May,2012. ICAI Study material is long & deep so this is not reffer at this moment.

Hi Pratik as ankur sir said, its Munish Bhandari...
I have gone through the book.. It is good.. It was given piont wise
I suggest u following way :
1) Take Munish Bhandari big book
2) Make your own notes on all imortant topics by way of noting side headings, case laws, important words etc.
3) Try to slove all the pratical questions given at the end of every topic (those are nothing but previous year questions)
4) Try to complete company law first as it has more or less 70 % weightage in exam.
