any body know any updates about reduction in articleship of PCE students from 3.5 years to 3 years

students registered fresh for ipccc has got articleship of 3 yrs, however students converted from pcc to ipcc or registered to pcc will continue to serve articleship of 3.5 yrs.
articleship is still for 3.5 yrs. nd it will remain same.
