Hello friends

I have heared that as per ICAI no more transfer are allowed to article (allow only if u convince icai).

Now the 109 form is to be submitted to icai first who,( on beleif that ur trnasfer is really required eg in case of ur papa's tranfer in other city) send a letter to ur CA.

CA in turn sent letter of approval to ICAI (if he is ready for trnsfer) for transfer.

So be catious while selecting any CA form bcoz now it is not easy to take transfer.

Is it really true? I dont think so that it has been applied. It is pending for approval.

Yes, it is true.You can ask any relative of yours.Best would be to ask your coaching sirs.I heard a case where a girl got a call from ICAI asking her why she wanted a transfer?
