Rectifications in the e-forms that is already filed

Dear Fellow professionals,

I have filed the annul filing forms i.e AOC-4 and MGT-7 with the wrong board meeting dates and now i want to rectify the same. 

In this regard please let me know the process of rectifying the sme.
