if as per CPC all rectification rights have been transferred to jurisdictional AO but AO is not able to
do rectification as msg is shown u cannot do it..
it is also shown on assessee login that rectification rights has been transferred..
kindly tell what is it's solution..

Correspond with ITO and get in writing about inability of rectification from other side. Your claim will get sustained.
