Rectification order u/s 154

Hi All,

I have received rectification order u/s 154. showing a demand of Rs.10,000/- .There is mismatch in TDS due to wrong TDS details filing.The return has been assigned to Local Assessing officer.

My query under what section can write a letter to rectify the mistake.whether the rectification order u/s 154 can be trated u/s 143 and request for again rectification of that order.
