Rectification of tds information

Hi, I has filed return (AY 12-13) online before due date. By mistake instead filing information in TDS from salary, I filled it in 'Self Assement tax' . Now I have received intimation u/s143. I understand I have to file rectification online. Do I have to change excel (income tax utility ) and upload it again? Also I am confused in rectification screen. What all needs to be filled. Please guide.

Yes you need to rectify the excel sheet & upload again for rectification.,

Generally the CPC order no., is asked in the rectification sheet..

Just let me know in case you have any other doubt.

Thanks. So do I fill it as revised return? Under which section should I file it.

also in rectification screen what all needs to be filled ?

No need to file revised return.,

Just make the corrections in the excel., generate the xml & upload it in the rectification screen.

Attaching screenshots of the screen. Which one I have to select from following options :

a)Taxpayer is correcting data for Tax Credit Mismatch only
b) Taxpayer is correcting the data in rectification
c) No further Data Correction required. Reprocess the case

And what should be rectification reason ?
