Special resolution required and Form 23 to be filed. Any alteration other than relating to the Compulsory conditions of the Memorandum has to be altered as per S.31( in the same manner as alteration of AOA)
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
