Rectification of ITR-4 of AY14-15

Assessee filed the ITR-4 for AY 14-15 manually in physical form.. Return was filed AFTER due date

Assesee filed the ITR-4 ONLINE for AY 15-16 (Return filed after due date) & AY 16-17 (Return filed before due date) 

There was a gross mistake in the return of AY 14-15 which recently came to light..

ELSS deduction of Rs. 1lacs was not taken into account for Section 80 C..

Also income was understated due to a clerical error in preparation of accounts.. 

Now can I RECTIFY this mistake of ITR - 4 of AY 14-15 which was filed manually? 

And if yes, then I'll have to rectify/revise the ITR & accounts of AY 15-16 & AY 16-17.. Is that possible?
