Assessee has filled form 10IC after submission of ITR under condonation of delay for AY 2020-21. condonation has been accepted and within the criteria of law.
do the assessee need to file rectified ITR ?(original return has been processed )
Rectification will not change the status of the delayed form. It will be reprocessed in same fashion.
