Rectification of form 10e (relief u/s-89)

Dear All, i have filled form 10E of one of my Client for the year ending 31st March 2015 instead of "for the year ended 31st March 2016", so CPC not consider Relief and raised demand..... hence my question is can i revised form 10E. Thanx

submit the correct 10E again and also revise ur return if summited befor due date

if i will filled Form 10E (correct) again then what about of Form 10E (Wrong) , which has been Previously submitted. and what effect of Previous Form 10E (Wrong)
