Rectification for sec 89 claim

my client filed ITR 1 & claimed rebate u/s 89 for arrear salary. rebate disallowed by CPC for non filing of Form 10E before ITR. how to rectify online?

In income tax portal there is also option that submit for Other than ITR, choolse/slect ITR, put figure as per match with relief in Original form, then upload it.
