Can rectification of ITR be done when appeal has already been filed with CIT(A).

What will be the appeal status then incase the issue resolved in rectification? can appeal be withdrawn ?

CIT (A) HAS SEVERAL SECTIONS.
ORIGINAL ORDER IN WHICH SECTION IS THE POINT .
ACCORDINGLY ONE HAS TO DOWNLOAD THE FORM , FILL IT UP MINUTELY.
PAY THE REQUISUTE FEES AND SUBMIT IT.
THERE ARE MANY INTRICACIES INVOLVED.

Rectification cannot be file on point which is in a dispute, for other points that can be done.

You may rectify your return.
submit a copy of rectified return during appellate proceeding and leave it upon the cit(a). he will decide the legal validity and consequences.
