Please do not give such type of answers if you yourself donot know about it. The querist feels let down if one behaves like this in answering genuine doubts of a member.

Exactly, pls dont let down people. The recruitment procedure would most likely have
- Preliminary round of interview
- Written test - aptitude, analytical etc.
- Group Discussion
- Final round of Interview.:
