I mean how to write proposal to a company to win a contract by giving them employees
Contracts you will get with lower bids, reasonable price and supply experienced/fresher as required.
Proposals doesn't effect :
It's depend upon the requirement of Co. /Firm/Proprietor etc.
You need to personally contact convince them for better recruitment.
