Can an assessee manufacturer take recredit of the CENVAT credit reversed?

PLZ SPECIFY THE FACTS UNDER WHICH CREDIT WAS REVERSED..
Yes recredit of cenvat reversed due to non receipt of materials sent to job worker is permissible on receipt of such delayed return. Similarly for goods sent for exhibition removed on payment of duty.
