Dear Sir,
One of my client usually submit his return manually. He created his password on incometxefiling site for download 26AS. But unfortunately he forget his login password. He also forgot secret question answare from where password can recover. I sent a mail to "Validate @ incometaxindia.gov.in" for reset my password. But an autogenerate email has came says " the user ID and password will be share only a valid registered email ID". The client can not know which email id was written when the first tme password was generated. Pl advice me hat shoud i do now?
