A person had taken a loan from X and it is supported by proper loan documents. The person had not paid interest on the same for a long time and then gave a written declaration of the total any amount that he owes to X . Now the person has declared himself bankrupt but in the same year got his daughter married in which he spent a heavy sum of money.
Can anyone please suggest a suitable action for recovery ..

Hire a lawyer and file the case against him. I have also faced this kind of case, last month i have recovered the same.

How much amount you have left with him/her. Actually i had left nominal amount Rs. 10000/- and given as expense to the lawyer is Rs. 2000/-. My case was resolved in 1 year 2-3 months. But you can recover your lawyer fee also from him, consult with your lawyer about this. I hope you will get your money.
