can any one tell me about how to recover data which is already been deleted from recycle bin?

Try "recover4all" software.
it is freeware software. one can easliy download from internet.

get the attached file . i have downlaoded and uploaded the file for you.
and let me know if it works or not. for the moment this is shareware file and u can resave only three files at a time.
