Can anyone let me know the procedure for fixing record date in case of unlisted public Company???

Hi
In deciding record date for unlisted pulic company same rule apply. 5 or 7 days before agm including agm date. It depend upon the suitability of company.

1. call Board Meeting and fixed record date and
2. Give notice in Newspaper.
