26 September 2011If one had discontinuied filing IT returns as he does not have Taxable income for last three years & now he wants to continue to File IT return, as now he has taxable income, is it possible to continue fiing IT return. Please reply & tell me consiquences if any.

You can start filing IT returns, and file it before 31st July 2011.

yes u can file itr..but file the them on or before the due date to avoid interest/penalty
