What is Treatment of Maturity Amount Received form RECL Bond,it is Fully Taxable or Exempt to Tax,
And its Compulsory to show in IT Return,
Eg,-RECL Bond Maturity Amount is Rs.950000 & Invested Amount is Rs.900000...,

i think only interest amount will be taxable i.e. Rs 50000

I Want to File a Return of ProprietorShip Business for the AY 2011-12,2012-13,2013-14
And the Situation is the proprietor Dies on 15th sept 2010 and now his Son take care of the Business an he want to file the Return,
so that his son file the return on his name Basis or As Legal Heir,
If as Legal Heir then what is the Procudure to be followed.
