Can I receive Inter state supply from unregistered dealer? I have GST but he doesn't.

no a unregistered cant sale interstate ... if he want to sale interstate in law mendetory to tale reg in gst

@ mayank If such URP making interstate supply ..then he is liable to penalty n confiscation since he is at fault side

you can receive such goods.. since it will have no impact on ur input tax and output tax.

The article below from Business Standard says that unregistered person dealing only in Nil rated supply can make inter state supply.
