please help me in this case..

If it's material defect then You can give credit note for the balance amount...

Yes sir party paid short amount because goods were moistured and he said bill has been settled for that amount ....
so should we consider that short amount as discount allowed to him

Since Gstr amount has been paid.
it will be deemed to be considered that Rs. 3.21 lacs will be first adjusted against gst amount balance with
Rs.3.16 lacs
