Received intimation u/s 143(1) for already paid tax

Hi All,

I have received Intimation U/S 143(1) from IT department demanding to pay outstanding tax of 4000 rs, which I already paid before this intimation. I have receipt of the payment as well. Can someone tell me how to rectify this situation?
