my name has been shortlisted for articleship.....
.....
i hav to go nxt wk for Written test....GD....n an interview.....
i m xtrmly happy n scared at the same time.....
Can n e 1 help me or guide me through written test n GD or ne thing......no matter how small.....
...........i cleared IPCC this may.....both grps ....first attempt....

hii swapnil i had just completed my articleship from Pwc in april this year. dont worry, just read AS, company law for ur interview purposes. they will ask questions on dat only. A Senior Manager will take ur interview. so go there and give ur best shot. dont take any tension. u will be selected.

1. Be confident
Just be confident while appearing for interview, be cool and calm, well dressed, don't shiver while answering the qus.
Find some information about the PWC, they may ask questions related to their history.
2. Workout on your Basics
It will be the best if you prepare your basics as most of the questions concern them only.
Just be sure with your answers, your basics, your technical and non technical stuffs.
3. General pointers
It’s important for you that 1st you must pay attention to a few things before you step into an
Interview and they are:--
1. Dress properly and wear a tie.
2. Be confident with a pleasant smile.
3. Never show your nervousness.
4. Answer all the questions asked in the language they are asked.
5. Don’t be over confident.
6. Prepare the basics very well.
7. Prepare your subject well as well as know some currents events and happenings or changes and get yourself well acquainted with the latest developments in your field.
8. Give answer very precise and accurately and in a very polite manner.

actually i didn't no dat even Big 4 firms had written test or GD n dat too 4 articleship....
Hav no idea abt them.....esp topics in both of dem.....

I have reference in PWC there.. I got 65% in first attempt both groups.. But the person in PWC delhi/gurgaon is saying that there is no vacancy.. I am confused..You sure that it was PWC? and when is the interview?

yup.....dude.....either its legitimate or somebody is making a prank call from PwC ....
either way .....i hav a PI and a written test on Mon.....

Am afraid to say that 8 Candidates are already selected. And they are conducting interview just for a formality.. Anyway Best of luck, Lets hope that I am wrong..
