Receipt of foreign currency

I am receiving a money in foreign currency to my paypal account and the paypal is converting that amount into INR and transferring to my bank account.

How can I prove to the GST department this is a foreign currency (export of goods/services) hence no tax to be paid since I have a LUT.

Please suggest your views with reference to the GST act.
