Rebate under section 87A is not available in respect of tax payable @ 10% on LTCG us 112 A....
my question is that if I have other incomes with income us 112A... whether I am eligible for rebate? ?

Your doubt is squarely covered U/s 112A(6) which states that the rebate U/s 87A shall be allowed from the Income Tax on Total Income as reduced by the tax payable on such capital gains.
Hence forth you are eligible.
