rebate us 87
Sir i want to make of FY 18-19 from 16 of my office staffs. now I have calculated the tax amount with out deduction of rebate of Rs 2500 from staff income below 350000. now are asking me to deduct the amount rebate. will it be correct? please advise me with a valid proof. thank you

If Assessee's net income is less than 3.5lakhs then the rebate u/s 87A is available...

yes , rebate of rs. 2,500 can be given as net income is less than rs. 3,50,000
