Sir, I filled return with rebate on STCG 111A , Now intimation is received demanding tax on stcg 111A. New tax regime
What should I do???

Under the new tax regime, rebates under Section 87A (which reduce tax liability) are applicable, but STCG under Section 111A is taxable at 15% and does not qualify for a rebate or lower rate of tax.
