I have filed my fathers return for the AY 2013-14 on 30th July 2013. But yet ITR has not been processed yet.He is supposed to get refund of Rs.5150. What are the possible reasons for non-processing of return till date??????

You can not do anything as the department says we can process the ITR from now till 2 years.
CPC Department have a time of 2 years to process the ITR.
Even after 2 years if it is not processed then you can file a complaint against CPC.
