i want to know that is it possible, that the same director is retiring by rotation in every AGM us 255, 256

as per section 255, 256 the rotation is applicable on every public company.

in the agm 2/3 of total number of director retireby rotation.

as per section 256 in the first agm 1/3 of total number of director must by retire by rotation.

as per quis if you wish to retire the same director in every agm ,
