My querry is
If the Independent Director has completed his 2 consecutive terms of 5 years then whether Company by passing Special resolution and Disclosure of such appointment in Board Report Appoint him again as Independent Director??

No.. An independent director cannot be reappointed once he has completed 2 consequtive terms under section 149 (11)
